Privacy policy

This policy covers the Pinnacle Assist recruiting site and the agent application on it. It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you type into the application: name, email, phone, licensed states, years licensed, your Pinnacle agency or upline, and the products you sell.
• Basic technical data any website receives, such as your browser type and IP address, used to keep the site working and to stop spam.

How we use it

• To review your application and contact you about it by email, and by text message if you ticked the box agreeing to texts.
• Texts are only sent if you agreed to them; agreeing is not required to apply. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Who sees it

Your application is stored in our recruiting system and seen only by the people who review applications, and by service providers that host the site and system for us under confidentiality terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your application, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Reply to any email from us, or reply STOP to any text, and we will do it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Questions: apply and mention it, or reply to our email.
